The Austro-Hungarian World War I military cemetery is situated in the hamlet Oševljek, by the road between Renče and Gradišče. Buried in the cemetery are the Austro-Hungarian soldiers who fell in the area of Fajtji hrib hill. According to the data of Italian authorities that organized exhumation of soldiers from military cemeteries in the 1930s, 942 Austro-Hungarian soldiers are buried here. The cemetery has been almost completely preserved, only some headstones that are fixed to the wall around the cemetery have been partly damaged.
Register of the Fallen Soldiers
The military cemetery lies by the main road to Oševljek. The easiest access to the cemetery is to go from Renče towards Gradišče nad Prvačino. Just a good 100 metres before you reach the village, there is the walled military cemetery on the left side of the road.
