The work belongs to the category of monuments ‘of public value’, rather widespread in the post-war period. The bridge was inaugurated on 9 October 1927 by Emanuele Filiberto, Duke of Aosta, commander of the Third Italian Army who had stopped the Austro-Hungarian advance right in these places. The four obelisks at the bridge ends, decorated with reliefs, bear the names of the fallen sailors of the San Marco Regiment, as well as of 181 citizens of Jesolo. Renovated in recent times, the memorial bridge was inaugurated once again in 2011.
In Jesolo, use the regional road SR43 (Via Adriatico) towards Lido di Jesolo. Turn left to Via Parco Rimembranza and follow the street to the bridge Ponte della Vittoria.
