The left tributary of the Soča, rising from under Mts. Prisojnik and Razor, has formed a narrow canyon in its lower course. There are several waterfalls and pools in the inner part of the canyon. The Mlinarica torrential stream has cut a kilometre long and 100 metres deep canyon, which narrows into a unique gorge right before the confluence with the Soča. There is an eight metres high waterfall at its mouth. The Mlinarica gorge is an important natural monument of the Triglav National Park.
