La Stele Pension House is located in eastern Friuli Region, in the village of Castelmonte/Stara gora, home to one of the oldest Catholic shrines in Italy, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is a very honoured pilgrim place among the Friulians, visited also by pilgrims from Slovenia and Austria. Surrounded by pristine nature, visitors can admire a splendid panorama of the Julian Prealps, intense green woods that merge with the fertile plain which stretches all the way to the sea.
The accommodation offers two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and an extendable table that can accommodate up to 6 people, and a bathroom. A pull-out sofa enables two more sleeping places. Bedrooms are simple but very comfortable, perfect for families or groups.
